warranty provides 1 year of workmanship coverage, 2 years of systems coverage, and
10 years of structural coverage. We also include a one year Galloway Family Homes
Builder Warranty.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A GALLOWAY
FAMILY HOME?

As new home builders, the Galloway brothers are heavily involved
in the day-to-day operations of Galloway Family Homes and offer
their customers a personalized and unique experience. Homes
are designed to allow for the best use of space. Galloway Family
Homes all undergo pre-homes inspections and come with an
insurance backed home warranty.
From contract to finish it typically takes 4 months to build a
Galloway Family home. Homes can be personalized to reflect
