BuildPerks Supports Local BIA/HBA
As a full service incentive and marketing company serving the residential construction
industry, BuildPerks supports the home building communities in which we work
through membership in the local Building Industry Associations (BIA) and Home
Builders Associations, (HBA).
At BuildPerks, we believe that BIA/HBAmembership is one of the greatest investments
you can make. While we are busy running our businesses, the BIA/HBA is constantly
working on issues that affect our ability to earn a living in the housing industry. Putting
a price tag on the value of the advocacy efforts of the Associations at the local, state and
national levels is almost impossible. However, the National Association of Home Builders,
(NAHB) estimates that they provided members an estimated savings of $6,882 per housing
start in 2014. It is clear – membership doesn’t cost – it PAYS!
In addition to the Associations’ advocacy work in legislative, political and regulatory affairs,
there is an impressive menu of member benefits designed to enhance professionalism
and improve productivity and efficiencies. From education and professional certifications
to industry information including economic forecasts and housing trends to networking
opportunities, members have access to valuable tools and resources that simply don’t exist
anywhere else.
